We are a technology product company, providing solutions in digital communication, user engagement, targeted digital advertising and FinTech products to clients such as schools, corporates and other organizations. Based on our client’s requirement, we provide cross channel platforms including mobile app based, SMS and email.

Mohan has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was most recently Vice-Chairman of Copal Amba, which at the time was a wholly owned subsidiary of Moody’s Corp. In 2003, he co-founded Amba Research, a pioneer in the space of research and analytics outsourcing and was the firm’s CEO from 2010 to 2013.
Prior to 2003, he was Deputy Head of Asia Research and Head of India Research at Deutsche Bank. Mohan also worked at Lehman Brothers covering the conglomerate and infrastructure sectors for South Asia and headed its India effort. He started his research career at HSBC, India in 1992.
Chaminda V Silva, CFA
Chaminda has 20 years of experience including global senior leadership roles in Sri Lanka, India, Costa Rica and China. Previously was the Global Director of a key operation at Moody’s Copal Amba, (formerly a Moody’s Corp subsidiary).
He has experience in setting up and scaling operations globally. He has been involved in setting up early stage Tech/ FinTech platforms in the region. Earlier worked at MAS Holdings and in the commercial banking sector.
Tiasha Silva, ACCA
Head of Operations
Tiasha has 14 years experience working in Corporate Finance, Operations and Account Management. Previously she worked in large institutions such as Brandix, John Keells Holdings, DFCC Stock Brokers and World Bank. She also has experience working in early stage companies, playing roles in setting up and client acquisitions. At Yara, she heads Operations and Delivery Management. She is ACCA certified and holds a BSc from The University of Nottingham, UK.
Ranga de Silva
Ranga has over 10 years of work experience mostly on project management and digital marketing including social media marketing, UI design and web design. Previously has worked in companies such as Leisure Times and 124 Designs. He has also worked as an external consultant for UNOPS and Card of Joy. Has experience working with early-stage companies in digital marketing campaigns and launch activities. At Yara Technologies, Ranga is engaged in project management, coordinating with vendors and business development. He holds a BSc in Computer Science.
Gamika Seneviratne, CFA
Gamika has over 5 years experience in Global Capital Markets providing FinTech and investment research support. He has significant experience in Data Analytics having led projects in Artificial Intelligence (including design/ deployment in mobile devices) and Machine Learning algorithms. He has coded complex algorithms, including those for image recognition, natural language processing and a variety of classical supervised/ unsupervised machine learning tasks. CFA Charterholder and has a Master’s Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.
